Job summary

PM Pediatric Care in New York, NY, is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker to join our Behavioral Health Program. This role provides comprehensive behavioral health services within an extended primary care collaborative model, addressing depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders in kids and young adults.

Responsibilities include psychosocial assessments, evidence-based counseling, individual/family/group therapy, and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Social Worker required.
• Experience in behavioral health within primary care setting preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload and complete timely documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial assessments in line with evidence-based practices.
• Provide counseling and therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Demonstrate competency as an individual, family, and group therapist.
• Maintain ongoing professional development as required by licensing.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning promptly.
• Collaborate with patient, family, and clinical team to overcome treatment barriers.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate cultural competency and commitment.
• Respond quickly to urgent or emergent needs.
• Maintain a caseload of 30-35 patients weekly and a minimum of 5 patients daily.

PM Pediatric Care is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker to join our Behavioral Health Program. This opportunity will provide comprehensive behavioral health for the common conditions seen in primary care such as depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders in an extended primary care collaborative model.

• Perform psychosocial assessments that comply with evidence based practices
• Providing counseling and therapy for patients using evidence based treatment modalities
• Display competency as an individual, family, and group therapist
• Maintain own professional development as required by licensing board
• Complete required documentation and paperwork, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning and implementation in a timely manner
• Works closely with patient and family and team to overcome obstacles in treatment
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Demonstrates cultural competency and commitment
• Respond quickly to an urgent or emergent need
• Maintain a caseload of 30-35 patients weekly and a minimum of 5 patients daily

• Compensation Range: $65,000-$70,000 (dependent upon experience & licensure) - Competitive Medical Benefits Package + PTO offered
• #LI-MC1 Qualifications Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 (dependent upon experience & licensure) - The salary/rate range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary/rate for this role. Please note that actual salaries/rates may vary within this range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and based on experience and qualifications.
