Job summary

Elev8 Recovery Center in Harlem, NY seeks a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) to join our clinical team. The LMSW will ensure compliance with OASAS inpatient detox and rehab regulations, manage a caseload of 8–10 clients, and conduct daily individual and group counseling.

Responsibilities include admissions assessments, case management, aftercare planning, crisis interventions, and developing individualized treatment plans, with strong documentation and regulatory knowledge a plus.

Elev8 Recovery Center is a cutting edge substance-use-disorder (SUD) treatment center located in Harlem, NY. We are an OASAS-licensed and CARF-certified Center of Excellence. Elev8 Recovery Center, offers inpatient detox, withdrawal, and stabilization services, as well as inpatient rehabilitation services for individuals with substance use disorder. We are an seeking highly motivated and dedicated Licensed Masters Social Workers (LMSW) to join our team. Candidates must be able to ensure compliance of OASAS Inpatient detox and Inpatient rehab regulations and meet deadlines for all documentation.

Candidates must be able to manage a case load of 8-10 clients, conduct daily individual & group counseling, admission assessments, case management and aftercare planning, crisis interventions, and develop individualized treatment plans & overall counseling. Strong documentation skills and knowledge of OASAS regulations a plus!
