Surfpoint Recovery LLC in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) to join a cutting-edge SUD treatment center. The role involves managing 8-10 clients, providing daily individual and group counseling, admissions assessments, case management, and aftercare planning in a CARF-certified facility.

Strong documentation and knowledge of OASAS regulations are a plus. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available; location is in Coney Island, Brooklyn.

Description

Surfpoint Recovery is looking for a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW)as we grow and expand. Surfpoint Recovery is a cutting edge substance-use-disorder (SUD) treatment center that has partnered with DailyPay for same day access to funds! Employees no longer have to wait until pay day to get their earnings. We are located in Coney Island, Brooklyn NY. We are an OASAS-licensed and CARF-certified Center of Excellence. Surfpoint Recovery offers inpatient detox, withdrawal, and stabilization services, as well as inpatient rehabilitation services for individuals with substance use disorder.

Candidates must be able to manage a case load of 8-10 clients, conduct daily individual & group counseling, admission assessments, case management and aftercare planning, crisis interventions, and develop individualized treatment plans & overall counseling. Strong documentation skills and knowledge of OASAS regulations a plus!

Experience:

• At least 1-year of relevant work experience preferred

License/Certification:

• NYS Licensure or Permit Eligible (MSW-LP, LMSW, LCSW)
