Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy and counseling services
• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic client care
• Advocate for clients' rights and work to remove barriers to care and services
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

• Active New York State Licensed Master Social Worker or MHC (LMSW/LMHC) license required
• Master's degree from an accredited program, limited permits accepted
• Experience in case management, clinical assessment, and treatment planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations in a fast-paced environment
• Experience utilizing EBP's.
