Hand & Stone Richmond West End is seeking a licensed Esthetician to join our expanding team in Richmond, VA. You will deliver top-level facial services, design customized treatment plans, and help clients achieve their skincare goals in a welcoming, client-focused environment.

Bring your licensure, liability insurance, and commitment to compliant practice as you guide guests through superior skincare experiences and contribute to a high-performing spa team.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
