Job summary

Hand & Stone Chesterfield is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and guests. You will perform top-level skincare services and design progressive treatment plans tailored to each client's goals.

Maintain an active Esthetics license, carry liability insurance, and uphold licensing laws. We provide a friendly, results-driven environment with training, advancement opportunities, and flexible scheduling at 7204 Hancock Village Dr, Chesterfield, VA 23832.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands‑on training as well as workshops and webinars.
