Job summary

FGG Spa, LLC's Hand & Stone Falls Church location is expanding its team of Licensed Estheticians to help members and guests feel confident in their skin. You will provide top-level facial services, design progressive treatment plans, and create a memorable client experience.

Maintain an active Esthetics license, carry liability insurance, and meet state licensing rules. The role includes achieving sales goals and participating in ongoing training.

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class client experience to our guests by performing top-level esthetic services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client skincare goals.
• Communicate effectively with clients and spa management.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure courtesy and safety at all times.
