Hand & Stone Chantilly is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and guests. We believe skincare is more than a treatment; it’s a chance to positively impact clients’ lives with personalized plans and a focus on long-term results.

As an Esthetician, you will maintain an active license, provide top-level skincare services, and guide clients with homecare regimens while meeting sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class client experience by performing top-level esthetic services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens.
• Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
