Hand & Stone Falls Church is seeking a licensed Esthetician to join our team and elevate skincare experiences for members and guests. The role emphasizes licensed practice, personalized treatment planning, and a commitment to a world-class client experience.

You will contribute to education, ongoing training, and a collaborative spa environment, while helping clients achieve their skincare goals with professional guidance and care.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
