Reliable Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning in Seymour, IN is seeking a licensed Master Electrician to join our growing team. This role focuses on residential electrical service, repair, installation, troubleshooting, and standby generator work, delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed electrician with state license and clean driving record.
• At least 3 years of residential electrical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and blueprints.
• Knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems.
• Install, replace, and upgrade electrical panels, breakers, circuits, outlets, switches, lighting, and wiring.
• Perform whole-home electrical inspections and safety evaluations.
• Install and service standby generators and transfer switches.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide customers with repair options.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Complete documentation, estimates, and invoices through company software.
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional work environment.
• Participate in on-call rotation as assigned.
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer safety, comfort, and efficiency.
