Job summary

Generator Supercenter in Peabody, MA is seeking a Licensed Master Electrician who will oversee residential generator installations and lead a team of electricians and apprentices on-site. The role requires ensuring NEC compliance and strong leadership on job sites.

You will interpret blueprints, mentor staff, troubleshoot installation issues, and uphold safety standards while delivering quality workmanship for standby power systems.

Qualifications

• Valid Master Electrician License in the state of Boston.
• Proven experience as a Master Electrician or similar senior electrical role.
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, wiring methods, and generator installation.
• Ability to train, manage, and lead other electricians and apprentices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments, including outdoors and confined spaces.
