Compensation Package

We offer a competitive package to reward your contributions:

• Base Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per 50-minute Swedish massage, based on experience.
• Commission: Uncapped, with potential earnings based on sales, typically an additional $6-$9/hour for top performers.
• Tips: Averaging 18%-25% of the nonmember price, with tips directly received via Tippy, averaging $20-$30 per service.

Total Average Earnings: Full-time therapists typically earn $65,000-$88,000 annually; part-time earn $33,000-$44,000, depending on performance and hours.
