Compensation Package

We offer a competitive package designed to reward your contributions:

Base Salary: $20.00-$25.00 for a 50-minute Swedish massage, based on experience and skills.
Commission: Uncapped structure with substantial earning potential, ranging from $3-$8 per upgrade, with top performers earning an additional $6-$9 per hour.
Tips: Average tips of 18%-25% of the nonmember price, typically $20-$30 on base services, increasing with upgrades. Tips are paid directly via our partner, Tippy.

Total Average Earnings: Full-time high performers earn $65,000-$88,000 annually; part-time earn $33,000-$44,000, based on 30 and 15 service hours/week respectively.
