Job summary

AIRE Ancient Baths in New York City is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to deliver the signature AIRE Experience and ensure outstanding guest care from arrival to departure. You will perform massage treatments and body rituals per our standards and keep treatment rooms pristine and inviting.

Regular training, strong communication, and a collaborative spirit are essential. This role offers growth opportunities within our expanding NYC locations and a warm, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed in New York State.
• Minimum 1 year massage therapist experience.
• Must be available one PM shift and one weekend shift.
• Must have at least 3 days of availability.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

The Role

As a Massage Therapist, you will oversee the client experience at our flagship location. Candidates must have a passion for massage treatments and the spa/wellness industry. You will play an integral role in providing the AIRE Experience to all guests and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assigned services to all clients per company direction while maintaining excellent customer service and client care standards.
• Maintain treatment rooms to company standards.
• Attend regular training and development sessions to stay current on Company’s treatments and procedures.

Who You Are

• Currently licensed in New York State, required.
• Practicing as a massage therapist for a minimum of 1 year.
• Must be available one (1) PM shift and one (1) weekend shift.
