Job summary

Resident Salon Services seeks Licensed Massage Therapists to provide massage therapies for residents, family members, and staff at our senior communities. You will deliver services like Swedish, reflexology, shiatsu, and geriatric massage, ensuring client comfort and promoting repeat visits.

A Sign-on Bonus is available for this role. Please see the details and requirements below. Bonus Amount and Payment Schedule

• 25% ($250) after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period. To qualify, the Employee must:
  • Complete the required CARES certification (if applicable)
  • Demonstrate successful adherence to RSS paperwork protocols
  • Effectively utilize RSS systems
• 25% ($250) after completion of 6 months of employment with RSS. The Employee must be in good standing and have adhered to all RSS policies and protocols.
• 50% ($500) after completion of 1 year of employment with RSS. The Employee must remain in good standing and continue to meet all RSS performance expectations, policies, and protocols.

If the Employee is not in good standing, voluntarily resigns, or is terminated prior to completing one year of employment, RSS reserves the right to withhold unpaid bonus installments.
