Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Swedish, reflexology, shiatsu and geriatrics massage to residents.
• Maintain client comfort, safety and privacy during sessions.
• Document treatments and coordinate with care staff as needed.
• Build rapport with residents, families and staff for ongoing care.

We are looking forLicensed Massage Therapists who are passionate about the benefits massage bringsto personal health. You should be familiar with a variety of massage services that can help reduce pain and stress, such as Swedish, reflexology, shiatsu, and geriatric massage. Our ideal candidate must be able to make a client feel comfortable and encourage them to return for additional treatment.

Position Requirements:

• Active StateLicense (i.e.,licensed in each field of practice)
• Minimum 3 years of experience is preferred but not required.
• Provide Hair/Nail/Skin/Massage Services
• Good communication skills
• Compassionate and caring
• Experience working with seniors is a plus.

Bonus Amount and Payment Schedule

The Employee will be eligible to receive a total sign-on bonus of $1,000, to be paid in installments as follows:

• 25% ($250) after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period. To qualify, the Employee must:
  • Complete the required CARES certification (if applicable)
  • Demonstrate successful adherence to RSS paperwork protocols
  • Effectively utilize RSS systems
• 25% ($250) after completion of 6 months of employment with RSS. The Employee must be in good standing and have adhered to all RSS policies and protocols.
• 50% ($500) after completion of 1 year of employment with RSS. The Employee must remain in good standing and continue to meet all RSS performance expectations, policies, and protocols.

If the Employee is not in good standing, voluntarily resigns, or is terminated prior to completing one year of employment, RSS reserves the right to withhold unpaid bonus installments.
