Job summary

CENTERS, LLC is a professional management firm dedicated to facility, operation, and program management for higher education. The massage therapy role centers on providing safe, professional massage services within our fitness center and for special events.

You must hold CPR/AED and First Aid certifications and a state massage therapy license, show leadership and the ability to work independently, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Active state massage therapy license is required.
• Leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of standard practices in recreational sports.
• Ability to thrive in a high-expectation environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe massage experience for clients.
• Conduct thirty and/or sixty minute table massage sessions.
• Provide chair massages for events or promotions as assigned.
• Maintain professionalism during all massages.
• Deliver quality customer service to all clients and potential clients.
• Enforce program policies related to the massage therapy; and build compliance.
• Enforce building policies and assist during emergencies.
• Attend massage therapy and department staff meetings.
• Other duties as required.
