Job summary

Compass Government Solutions LLC seeks an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to support the OHWS program at Eielson AFB, AK. The LMT will provide massage therapy to fighter aircrew as part of a prehabilitation initiative designed to strengthen MSK systems and reduce neck/back injuries.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited Massage Therapy program, an active U.S. license, and 2+ years of relevant experience in medical or high-performance settings.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Massage Therapy certification program.
• Current and unrestricted license/certification to practice in the U.S.
• 2+ years of full-time massage therapy experience in medical or high-performance environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage therapy to fighter aircrew as part of OHWS program.
• Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain active license and CPR/AED certification.
