Job summary

Optimum Connect Health Services is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to provide in-home massage therapy across Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx, and Westchester County. This fee-for-service, 1099 contractor role focuses on compassionate, client-centered care in clients’ homes.

You will administer customized massages, maintain client records, and collaborate with the team to refine treatment plans while upholding our values of empathy and excellence.

Qualifications

• Active New York State Massage Therapy License.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals under 21.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with medically fragile individuals (including adults).
• Willingness and ability to travel to patients' homes throughout the assigned service area.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care.
• Passion for ongoing learning and professional development.
