Job summary

Optimum Connect Health Services seeks a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to provide compassionate, in-home massage therapy across the Rockland, Putnam, Suffolk, and Nassau counties. This is a fee-for-service, 1099 independent contractor role demanding travel to clients' homes.

Responsibilities include administering customized massages, maintaining client records, and coordinating with the team to optimize treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active New York State Massage Therapy License.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with individuals under 21.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with medically fragile individuals (including adults).
• Willingness and ability to travel to patients' homes throughout the assigned service area.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
