Job summary

Optimum Connect Health Services seeks a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to provide in-home massage services across Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx, and Westchester County. This is a fee-for-service, 1099 independent contractor role offering $85 per hour with weekly pay.

Responsibilities include customized massages, meticulous client record keeping, collaboration on treatment plans, and upholding core values of empathy and excellence. Travel to client homes is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active New York State Massage Therapy License.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals under 21.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with medically fragile individuals (including adults).
• Willingness and ability to travel to patients' homes throughout the assigned service area.
