Primary responsibility is to deliver excellence and quality spa services in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. Attend to all guest needs throughout the spa and provide information to all inquiries.

Primary Duties

• Provide timely spa services that offer relaxation and beneficial experiences, including massage and body therapies such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Aromatherapy, Body Scrubs, and Wraps.
• Adhere to product and inventory check-out systems.
• Keep treatment products stocked and ready for the next service or therapist.
• Maintain cleanliness of spa treatment rooms (clean sheets and towels, ready tables, clean counters and cupboards) throughout the shift, ensuring standards are met.
• Work cohesively with all departments and co-workers as part of a team.
• Prioritize, organize, and follow up on tasks efficiently.
• Perform job functions with minimal supervision.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all spa services.
• Perform a minimum of 6 treatments per shift.
• Promote a positive work environment and address workplace issues courteously.
• Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures.
• Abide by established draping procedures.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the State of Florida with an active current LMT license.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred.
• Proficient in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre-Natal, Hot Stone, and Sports Massage techniques.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
