We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our serene and wellness-focused spa located in Plantation, Florida. At Aqua Aura Spa & Wellness, we create transformative experiences that guide clients to a state of bliss through massage, facial treatments, and holistic energy work.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various massage modalities and therapeutic treatments with high standards of care
• Maintain detailed treatment records and develop personalized care plans (S.O.A.P. Notes)
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs and health history
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment
• Collaborate with our wellness team for integrated care approaches
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training
• Contribute to a positive and healing atmosphere in the spa
• Handle linens, towels, and inventory management

Qualifications

• Current Florida Massage Therapy License
• Minimum of 2 years of professional massage therapy experience
• Proficiency in various massage modalities
• Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina to perform multiple sessions daily
• Professional appearance and hygiene standards
• Availability for weekend shifts

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Stretching, Deep Tissue, Thai Yoga, or other specialized modalities

• Previous spa experience
