Massage Heights is seeking talented massage therapists to join our upscale wellness team in Frisco. Elevate the lives of the people we touch by delivering personalized full-body massage services in our serene treatment rooms.
We offer guaranteed pay for 90 days, tiered pay up to $55/hour, and benefits including health insurance, flexible schedules, and employee discounts. Ownership brings fresh energy and growth opportunities for qualified therapists.
Qualifications
- Current state license to perform massage therapy is required.
- Liability insurance is required.
- Background checks will be conducted.
- Capable of performing full-body 50-minute massage services.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Strong guest communication is essential.
Responsibilities
- Customize massage services for each guest.
- Use services like hot stones, cupping, CBD, and aromatherapy where appropriate.
- Promote benefits of regular massage therapy.
- Build relationships to help guests meet self-care goals.
