Job summary

Massage Heights is seeking newly licensed and seasoned therapists in California to join our team. You will customize massage services for each guest and promote the healing benefits of massage therapy in a welcoming environment.

We offer full- and part-time positions, 6–8 hour shifts, weekends, and a flexible schedule with competitive pay that includes tips, commissions, and bonuses, plus paid training and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Current state license to perform massage therapy.
• Active liability insurance for massage therapy required.
• Must pass background checks.
• Capable of performing full-body 50-minute massages.
• Thrives in a team environment.
• Excellent guest communication.

Responsibilities

• Customize massage services for each guest.
• Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, and Aromatherapy.
• Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy.
• Build relationships with guests to help meet self-care goals.
