Massage Heights Indianapolis is looking for an experienced Massage Therapist to provide exceptional massage services in our serene environment. The role offers competitive pay between $45 and $65 per hour with a unique tiered pay program, guaranteed pay for the first 90 days, and numerous perks such as employee discounts and flexible hours. Compensation & Perks

Compensation: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour. Master Therapist—Tiered Pay Program best in industry, up to $55 per hour base rate. Guaranteed pay for 90 days. Hourly rates very competitive and higher than all similar brands. Massage Heights is NOT like the REST! Upscale - Premium Provider in our Market Space.

Located in booming El Dorado Marketplace at the Tollway and Eldorado in Frisco.

Schedule / Expected Work Hours

• 6–8 hour shifts
• Required 1 weekend shift
• Days and night shifts available

Responsibilities

• Customize massage services for each guest
• Perform service enhancements using hot stones, cupping, CBD, and aromatherapy
• Promote the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy
• Build relationships with guests to help them meet their self-care goals
