Proven experience in spa settings and familiarity with Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling, would be advantageous. This in-person role offers ongoing training and a supportive environment for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification in bodywork modalities.
• Experience delivering various massage techniques in a spa or med-spa setting.
• Familiarity with salon management software for appointment booking and client records.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for a safe treatment environment.
• Strong communication skills and guest services excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage therapy sessions personalized to each client.
• Maintain high sanitation and hygiene standards per state regulations.
• Manage appointments using Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and records.
• Provide excellent customer service with clear explanations of options.
• Support front-desk duties including greeting guests and inquiries.
• Keep treatment area clean and equipment sanitized after use.
