Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in New Bern, NC is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join the founding team and deliver personalized wellness care. You’ll build lasting client relationships within an established client base and benefit from expert supervision, ongoing development, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Massage Therapy License.
• Ability to maintain massage therapy liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized massage treatments based on each client's individual needs.
• Create exceptional experiences that encourage long-term client relationships.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation.
• Follow North Carolina licensure requirements, spa policies, and Hand & Stone protocols.
• Maintain professional and clean treatment rooms and common areas.
• Collaborate with Spa Associates, Estheticians, fellow Massage Therapists, and spa leadership.
• Deliver safe, professional, and results-oriented services.
