Responsibilities
- Provide customized massage treatments based on each client's individual needs.
- Create exceptional experiences that encourage long-term client relationships.

- Follow North Carolina licensure requirements, spa policies, and Hand & Stone protocols.
- Maintain professional and clean treatment rooms and common areas.
- Collaborate with Spa Associates, Estheticians, fellow Massage Therapists, and spa leadership.
- Deliver safe, professional, and results-oriented services.
