Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Wilmington, NC is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists (FT & PT). Our spa supports therapists with marketing, bookings, supplies, and member retention so you can focus on delivering exceptional care.

Work flexible schedules, build a steady clientele, and access ongoing training, 12 CE credits, paid time off, and advancement opportunities while providing Swedish and other modalities.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Massage Therapy License.
• Current liability insurance.
• Strong communication and guest care skills.
• Proficiency in Swedish Massage.
• Additional modalities are a plus, including: Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Trigger Point, Myofascial, Neuromuscular, Craniosacral, and Reiki.

Responsibilities

• Customize massage sessions based on each guest’s goals and needs.
• Deliver an elevated guest experience through professionalism and care.
• Educate clients on wellness benefits and treatment recommendations.
• Help maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming spa environment.
• Support membership growth through guest relationships and referrals.
