Job summary

Equinox in Roslyn, NY is seeking licensed massage therapists to join our team and help members maximize their health and performance. You will deliver deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages, develop client treatment plans, and maintain a clean, compliant workspace in a high-energy club setting.

The ideal candidate holds a NY license, is available evenings and weekends, and can build programs to retain clients while collaborating with a fitness-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must have NY massage license or certification.
• Ability to generate new business and retain clients by providing treatment programs.
• Evening and weekend availability a must (Part-time and Full-time positions).
• In-depth understanding of anatomy and movement in relation to soft tissue manipulation.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and positive energy.
• Computer literate and ethical.

Responsibilities

• Perform 25, 50, 80, and 110-minute massages in a professional setting.
• Analyze client needs and create treatment plans.
• Ensure room is cleaned after each shift.
• Remain compliant with state regulatory boards (intake forms, waivers, SOAP notes).
