Job summary

Equinox is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist for part-time opportunities at our Rittenhouse Square club. The role focuses on multimodal manual therapy with movement science, delivering personalized massage programs to members in a high-performance fitness environment.

Ideal candidates are TX-licensed, available evenings/weekends, and capable of building client relationships while delivering exceptional care in a motivating community setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid TX license or certification.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and movement.
• Ability to generate new business and retain clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform 25, 50, 80, and 110-minute massages (deep tissue, sports, prenatal, Swedish) in a professional setting.
• Analyze client needs and create a programmatic treatment plan.
• Ensure the treatment room is cleaned after each session and at the end of each shift.
• Remain compliant with state regulatory boards regarding intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes.
