Job summary

You will perform deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages; assess client needs; maintain a clean treatment space; comply with state boards; and build client relationships to grow business.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NY license or certification.
• Ability to generate new business and retain clients by providing treatment programs.
• Evening and weekend availability a must (Part-time and Full-time positions).
• In-depth understanding of anatomy and movement in relation to soft tissue manipulation.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Computer literate and ethical.

Responsibilities

• Performing 25, 50, 80, and 110-minute massages (deep tissue, sports, prenatal, Swedish) in a professional setting.
• Analyzing client needs and creating a programmatic treatment plan.
• Maintaining a clean treatment space and adhering to shift end procedures.
• Adhering to state regulatory boards regarding intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes.
