What You'll Do:

Exceptional Client Care & Massage Therapy

• Deliver high-quality, customized massage therapy services tailored to each client's needs and wellness goals.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized care, professionalism, and consistent service.
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommend appropriate services and enhancements.
• Create an exceptional experience that keeps clients coming back.

Professionalism & Teamwork

• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming treatment environment.

Competitive Compensation & Founding Team Incentives

• Uncapped Earning Potential — $40–$55+ per booked service hour, including estimated gratuities and enhancement commissions, with opportunities to earn more as you grow your clientele.
• $500 Founding Team Bonus after completing 90 days of employment, subject to eligibility requirements.
• $250 Massage Therapist Referral Bonus when a qualified referred therapist completes 90 days of employment.
• Up to $150 annually toward professional license renewal or liability insurance, subject to reimbursement requirements.

Advertised earnings represent potential compensation for booked service hours, including estimated tips and enhancement commissions, and are not guaranteed.
