Role:

As a Massage Therapist at The Ranch, you will play a key role in helping guests recover from physically active days and support their wellness journey. You’ll deliver exceptional service in a peaceful, professional environment, while contributing to an elevated guest experience.

Your Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Providing therapeutic massages tailored to guest needs.
• Adhering to the Ranch Spa Service Standards to ensure a comfortable, safe, and consistent tranquil experience.
• Maintaining a professional, immaculate, comfortable, and safe environment.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction pre- and post-service, maintaining professional boundaries at all times.
• Looking professional, groomed, and shift-ready at all times.
• Reviewing the daily preference sheet and health form to curate individual care for each guest.
• Treating guests and team members with the utmost respect and care.

Qualifications:

• Current New York State Massage Therapy License.

• Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience preferred.

• Knowledge of multiple massage modalities (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, etc.)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Passion for wellness, healing, and holistic health.

• Ability to maintain high standards of professionalism and discretion.

What We Offer:

• Hourly rate of $62 + gratuity, guaranteed 5 hours per day when scheduled ($310 + gratuity/service charge). Schedule is based upon occupancy.
