Job Responsibilities

• Design treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Create an excellent guest experience with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Promote member referrals and memberships to generate new clientele.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Job Requirements

• Adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
• Carry liability insurance.
• Effective communication with clients, management, and staff.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
• Knowledge of other modalities (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue) preferred but training available.
• Believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
