Massage Envy Springfield is seeking licensed massage therapists to deliver high-quality bodywork and support clients in achieving their wellness goals. You will assess client needs, communicate clearly, and guide them toward appropriate services.

Qualifications

• Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) license required to perform services in Missouri.
• Minimum 500 hours of massage therapy school with a certificate of completion.

• Interest in expanding techniques with protocols and products (e.g., Total Body Stretch, Rapid Tension Relief).

Responsibilities

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs.
• Communicate with clients to identify needs and set clear expectations; stay connected throughout sessions.
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to support wellness goals.
