Job summary

Massage Envy in Redmond is hiring licensed massage therapists for part-time to full-time roles at our Redmond clinic. Base commission ranges from $30 to $40 per hands-on service hour, with earnings that average around $58.87 per hour including tips.

Time worked is paid under the greater of commission earnings or minimum wage, per our schedule and no-show policy. We offer benefits for full-time employees, including medical/dental/vision after qualification, PTO, a 401(k) plan, FSA, AMTA

Massage Envy owns and operates four clinics in Redmond, Mill Creek, Federal Way and Tacoma. We're hiring licensed massage therapists at our Redmond clinic, part-time to full-time.

Pay

• Base commission: $30 to $40 per hands‑on service hour, based on skills, experience, schedule availability and culture fit. Hiring at the top of the range is not typical, so there is room to grow.
• What therapists here earn: Redmond therapists averaged $58.87 per hour including tips in 2026 ($34.39 commission plus $24.48 tips, six‑month average). Individual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
• All clocked work time is paid under the greater of hands‑on commission earnings or applicable minimum wage for clocked time. This is not an additional payment on top of commission for each gap between bookings.
• Your GM will explain how the compensation rule applies to your schedule and client no‑shows; no separate unconditional no‑show payment is promised.
