Massage Envy Queen Anne is seeking team members to deliver exceptional customer service and support the wellness journey of our clients. You will educate guests on Total Body Care, promote our Wellness Program, and help book future services while encouraging retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.

The role offers flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time options, training, and opportunities to grow within a caring community of professionals.

Formación

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred).
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests.
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program; book future services and encourage homecare retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

Day-to-Day:

• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations


• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions


• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
