Role Description

This is a Part-Time, on-site Licensed Massage Therapist role based in New Orleans, LA. The Licensed Massage Therapist provides professional massage and bodywork services tailored to guests’ needs, following industry best practices and Spa Aria standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting clients, conducting brief consultations to understand health history and treatment goals, and performing a variety of massage modalities in a safe and professional manner. The role also involves maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, documenting services, recommending follow-up treatments and products, and collaborating with spa reception and other team members to ensure a smooth guest experience. The therapist is expected to adhere to all ethical guidelines, state regulations, and spa policies while contributing to a calm and respectful work environment.

Qualifications
