Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and highly skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing luxury wellness team. This role is ideal for someone who values elevated client experiences, integrative wellness, and a calm, collaborative environment.

Job Structure

Contract-to-hire after 90 days, expected Hours: 20-30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to bring and set up your own massage equipment for off‑site events
• Provide high‑quality massage therapy services in a tranquil, spa‑like setting
• Perform client consultations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment approaches
• Integrate complementary therapies such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy when appropriate
• Educate clients on energy healing principles, self‑care, and wellness practices
• Maintain clear, accurate, and respectful documentation of client sessions and progress
• Uphold cleanliness, safety, professionalism, and energetic integrity of treatment spaces
• Collaborate with other wellness professionals to support comprehensive, client‑centered care
• Assist with planning, booking, and scheduling client and member appointments as needed
• Stay informed on developments in holistic health, pain management, and related wellness practices
• Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations and the client experience

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Massage Therapy License
• Professional liability insurance

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to:
  • 15 lbs. regularly
  • 25 lbs. frequently
  • 50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to perform massage and bodywork services for extended periods of time up to 15 hours per week if necessary
