Job summary

A massage therapy spa located in Montclair is seeking licensed massage therapists to join their team. You will design treatment plans, create exceptional client experiences, and promote memberships. The ideal candidate is expected to have knowledge of Swedish Massage and effective communication skills. The position offers competitive compensation ranging between $30 - $45/hour along with training and development benefits. A flexible schedule is available, making it ideal for both new graduates and experienced therapists.

Qualifications

• Adhere to NJ state massage therapy licensing laws and regulations.
• Carry massage liability insurance.
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, etc.), but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly attitude.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms.

Job Requirements:

• adhere to NJ state massage therapy licensing laws and regulations.

• Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offer training in all modalities to our team members!
