Job summary

Hand & Stone Montclair is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to deliver customized massage sessions, assess client needs, and recommend treatment plans in a supportive spa setting.

Earn $200 - $350/day (including tips and enhancements) with a membership-based model and opportunities to advance, supported by a team that handles bookings, supplies, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Massage Therapy License is required.
• Current professional liability insurance is required.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage is required.
• Additional modalities such as Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, or Reiki are a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Passion for helping people feel their best through therapeutic massage.

• Recommend treatment plans that support long-term results.
• Create memorable experiences that encourage guest retention and referrals.
