About the Role

Our Hand and Stone Massage and Facial franchise in Mullica Hill, NJ wants to give massage therapists a healthy and healing environment where they can explore the modalities that call to them.

Responsibilities

• Customize wellness plans for individual clients.
• Inspire an experience of peace and relaxation for members, guests, and other spa professionals through a friendly and helpful approach.
• Build rapport and generate return clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas within the spa.

Qualifications

• Adhere to all state licensing laws and regulations for massage therapy.
• Carry massage liability insurance.
• Communicate effectively with clients, management, and staff.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage is required.
• Knowledge of other modalities (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre‑Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue) preferred; training provided.
• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
