Massage Therapist/Owner at Advanced Massage & Wellness

We are a group of practitioners helping our clients under one roof in Medina. Our team consists of Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs), an Occupational Therapist who does dry needling, an Esthetician, and a Reiki Master. We strive to provide the best customized massage therapy experience for our valued clients. Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Licensed Massage Therapist at Advanced Massage & Wellness located in Medina, OH. The therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic relaxation massages, deep tissue, stress management, and other modalities to clients.

- Use a computer to check clients out, schedule appointments, and take SOAP notes.

- Handle cash transactions and sell products.

- Laundry is a shared responsibility and done on-site.

- Keep massage room clean and sanitized.

Qualifications

• Experience in Deep Tissue, Therapeutic Relaxation Massage, prenatal, hot stones, and other techniques. Some training/guidance will be provided to the right candidate.
• Ability to effectively manage timed massage sessions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid massage license in Ohio.
• Active liability insurance.
• Additional certifications in related modalities are a plus.
• Team player.
• Health-conscious, interested in wellness, non-smoker.
