Compensation Package:

• Base Salary: Enjoy a base service (50-minute Swedish massage) rate ranging from $20.00-$25.00, reflecting your experience and skills.
• Commission: Benefit from an uncapped commission structure, with upgrades ranging from $3-$8, and top performers earning an additional $6-$9 per hour from upgrades.
• Tips: Tips typically range from 18% to 25% of the nonmember price, averaging $20-$30 on base services, increasing with upgrades.

Total Average Earnings: Full-time high performers earn between $65,000 and $88,000 annually; part-time high performers earn between $33,000 and $44,000, based on individual performance and service hours.
