Description

The Spa Therapist plays a vital role in creating restorative and memorable experiences for our resort guests, delivering personalized treatments that promote relaxation, wellness, and rejuvenation in a peaceful, nature-inspired setting. This position requires a compassionate and licensed professional with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of holistic therapies, and a strong commitment to guest care.

The Spa Therapist is dedicated to providing exceptional service, maintaining a serene and welcoming environment, and building meaningful connections to support each guest’s journey to well-being.

• Commission-based pay: $50–$70 per treatment
• Tips: Cash tips go home with you daily; credit card tips are included in your paycheck
• Bi-weekly pay as a W-2 employee

Responsibilities

• Perform massage therapy, spa facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other treatments as scheduled
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment room and shared spa spaces
• Ensure your treatment room is stocked with necessary products and supplies
• Handle laundry rotation for spa linens (drop off and pick up)
• Arrive at least 30 minutes before your first appointment of the day

Qualifications

• Current Massage Therapy License from the State of Ohio
• Proof of liability insurance
• Available to work Saturdays and Sundays
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Commitment to cleanliness and professionalism

Compensation

$50 - $70 hourly
