A typical day for our Spa Service Providers…

As an NFC Amenity Spa Service Provider, you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses, providing top-notch spa services in residential or hotel environments. Your role involves delivering a wide range of spa treatments (massage, facials, body treatments), tailored to our guests' needs and preferences.

Your goal is to create a memorable, indulgent spa experience that leaves residents and guests feeling pampered and rejuvenated.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing spa services aligned with your certification and expertise, such as facials, body treatments, nail care, waxing, etc.
• Conducting consultations to understand guest needs and preferences.
• Performing treatments with skill and guest comfort in mind.
• Educating guests about our services and recommending additional treatments and products.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting treatment area.
• Promoting and selling spa products and packages.
• Staying updated on the latest spa techniques, products, and trends.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Adhering to all policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Responding to emergencies and reporting incidents.
• Maintaining CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Wearing the supplied uniform and engaging warmly with residents and guests.
