Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Licensed Massage Therapist located in Brandon, FL. The Licensed Massage Therapist will be responsible for providing a range of massage services designed to enhance the clients' well-being and relaxation. Daily tasks include performing customized therapeutic massages, maintaining detailed treatment records, recommending products and services to clients, and adhering to the spa's hygiene and safety standards. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other spa staff to create a seamless and relaxing experience for our clients.

Qualifications

• Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) certification
• Proficiency in various massage techniques: Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, etc.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to recommend personalized treatment plans and sell spa products/services
• Attention to detail and adherence to spa protocols for hygiene and safety
• Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of the health and wellness industry is a plus
• CPR and First Aid certification is beneficial
