Job Description:

Aspira Spa at The Osthoff Resort, a Top 100 Spa of America located in a Four Diamond lakeside resort in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin (www.osthoff.com), is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist. The therapist will administer therapeutic massages and body treatments, requiring thorough knowledge of various modalities and willingness to train in specific spa offerings.

Position Details:

This is a part-time role with weekend hours.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Be punctual and perform services within the allotted time.
2. Provide professional massage and body treatments following spa protocols.
3. Educate guests on wellness concerns.
4. Support the spa's scheduling needs with flexibility.
5. Care for equipment and manage product usage.
6. Understand all offered services and products.
7. Maintain sanitation and sterilization standards.
8. Prepare, clean, and restock treatment rooms.
9. Report any issues involving staff or guests to management.
10. Promote spa treatments, services, retail, and promotions.
11. Handle guest inquiries professionally and courteously.
12. Attend training and staff meetings.
13. Maintain a positive work environment.
14. Assist in spa operations as needed.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Must hold a Wisconsin Massage Practitioner License.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in multiple massage modalities.
3. Excellent time management and communication skills.
